These Terms govern your access to and use of germanshepherdpuppies.com and any services we provide through it (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Site.
• If you create any account or submit forms, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity under your access.

2) Purchases, Deposits & Payments

• Any pricing, availability, or timing information presented on the Site is subject to change without notice.
• Deposits or payments are governed by your written purchase agreement provided at the time of sale. Unless otherwise specified, deposits are applied to the final balance and may be non-refundable except where prohibited by law.
• We may refuse or cancel an order at any time, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.

3) Health & Temperament Guarantee; Veterinary Care

Your purchase includes our written Health & Temperament Guarantee. We guarantee: (a) freedom from serious, disabling genetic or congenital defects that materially impair quality of life through the dog’s 5th birthday; and (b) freedom from inherent, extreme temperament faults through the 5th birthday (not caused by environment or handling).

No refunds: once the puppy or dog is in the possession of the new owner or their designated representative (including any transport agent), we do not provide monetary refunds. Remedies are limited to the options stated in the Guarantee and your sales contract (e.g., veterinary expense credit or replacement puppy at our option). The Guarantee is non-transferable and requires you to complete the 72-hour wellness exam and meet ongoing buyer responsibilities (routine vet care, appropriate diet, socialization, humane training, and following your veterinarian’s spay/neuter guidance). If there is any conflict, your signed sales contract controls.

4) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Do not misuse the Site (e.g., attempt to access data without permission, introduce malware, or disrupt operation).
• Do not use the Site to violate any law or regulation.
• Do not copy, scrape, or reproduce content except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

5) Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

6) Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media, Google reviews). We are not responsible for those sites or their policies.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in a written sales contract, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gunbil and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Colorado for any dispute not subject to a different written agreement.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
